(Sunglasses - Celine, Top - Calvin Klein Collection, Bag - Celine
Den Pants - Isabel Marant, Derby Shoes - Saint Laurent)

Bringing back much loved pieces from Calvin Klein and Isabel Marant into the rotation. Had to get in that obligatory weekly crop! Styled with overly reliable black accessories. xo

Silent

Monday, July 28, 2014

(Sunglasses - Gucci, Bra - Silence + Noise, Necklace - Rodarte, Top - Silence + Noise
Shorts - Vintage, Bag - Balenciaga, Platforms - Proenza Schouler)

It's been a minute Urban-O! Friday night comic-con people watching session ended in a little retail therapy at the local Urban Outfitters. Purchased enough bras to hold my breasts for a lifetime. One being this cage number that reminds me of a One Teaspoon style that I lost a few summers back. And this mock-neck bare sided muscle tank? Such a genius silhouette. xo

Cut-Out

Friday, July 25, 2014

(Sunglasses - Chanel, Top via Nordstrom Rack - The Kooples, Clutch - Givenchy
Denim via Nordstrom Rack - Rag & Bone, Sandals - Saint Laurent)

I've partnered with Nordstrom Rack this month to highlight two of their product trends, cut-outs and denim. Their Mission Valley location has the sweetest selection of designer goods ever. Picked up this cut-out top from The Kooples and saved two hundred bucks! Another killer find — these tassel-adorned stretch denim from Rag & Bone. Actually tried them on at Fashion Valley last season when they were full price. Made them mine the second time around at sixty-percent off! You can now shop Nordstrom Rack online, where you can find the same sweet deals and brands that they're notorious for in-store. xo

Swim Week With Ipanema Sandals

Wednesday, July 23, 2014

(All Sandals - Ipanema)

Recapping a super sweet opportunity that I had with Brazilian brand, Ipanema Sandals, covering swim week in Miami. With the beach pretty much being my second home, swimwear and comfortable sandals are as important to me as clothing. Beyond stoked for not only my collaboration with Ipanema, but also discovering what a solid product they produce that'll take me to the beach, and give my feet a break from the four inch plus heels that I refuse to stop torturing myself with.

The shows at swim week were pretty spectacular and here's why. It was Mikoh's first ever show, and the girls killed it with their notorious "party in the back" styles which I'm ever so fond of. Aussie duo, We Are Handsome, stayed true to their brand in graphics that keep their cult like following always wanting more. Beach Bunny shined with their Barbarella inspired collection adorned with lavish embellishments and sexy details. The Columbian duo, Maaji, took the audience on a magical equestrian adventure through it's Royal Riders collection. Now, we play the waiting game. One of my biggest challenges following any fashion week. Such a tease. xo

Knox

Tuesday, July 22, 2014

(Sunglasses - Linda Farrow, Top - Reformation,
Knox Overalls - Cleobella, Boots - Balenciaga)

Man, I still can't believe that I've succumb to this overall trend! Literally swore to many friends that I wouldn't be caught dead in these suckers, and well, here I'm alive and standing. Suppose it took the right cut in conjunction with the fabric being leather to completely sell me. I mean, everything is better in leather. Kept it on the grungy side with appropriate styling. xo

Black

Saturday, July 19, 2014

(Sunglasses - Balmain, Tee - Saint Laurent, Bag - Chanel, Watch - Hermes,
Pants - Balmain, Boots - Saint Laurent

Currently in Miami capturing the essence of the swim week and embracing the extreme differences of what I'm accustomed to in New York. Less stress, more smiles, and an all-around positive vibe. But something in me is still clinging (and longing) for that craziness that comes along with NYFW. So onto what I wore last week — these quilted pants that literally induce perspiration thinking about anything leather, as I type this in ninety-five degree humidity. Layered them with all black to meet my twice a month quota. xo
