Basic Favorites

On days when I feel like my styling is a tad too fussy for my liking, (like yesterday, ahem) there's nothing better than my favorite basic white tee and cut-offs. I'm currently in a totally monogamous relationship with both of these killer staples, but if something better comes along, I'll make sure and let you know!

Okay, these killer ankle boots from Market HQ are beyond perfection. I'd been searching for the perfect pair for that past few months, so I was super stoked when I pulled these babies out of the box on Friday. I wore them with my favorite vintage staples and these amazing gypsetty shorts from the Oracle Fox X Billabong collaboration.

This AA top, skater skirt, and chucks, made for the perfect outfit for schlepping around town today. Now, I'm off to enjoy a bowl of Pho at my favorite Vietnamese restaurant, and then a movie. I'm thinking Titanic 3D. I just need to convince the boyfriend.

Wow, that was hands down the best coachella that I've attended to date. I'm still blown away by the outstanding performances of Miike Snow, Justice, Florence + The Machine, and At The Drive-In. I'm super bummed that I missed Mazzy Star, as "Fade Into You" is still one of my favorite tracks of all time. It was so damn good, that I would go back for weekend two if I could swing it. Until next year, coachella.

Coachella Bound

Sorry for the lack of posting this week. I've been so busy prepping for coachella this weekend. I'm super stoked as it's jam packed with all of my favorite dj's, bands, amazing energy, and awesome peeps. I'm off until Tuesday, but I promise to take a bunch of rad photos!

(Vintage Bag - Chanel, Sophie Maxi Dress - Huxton) 

I'm absolutely in love with my new maxi dress from Huxton. It very much reminds me of this Atelier Versace gown that I lost in a bidding war on eBay a few years ago. I wore it with my favorite vintage bag and zara heels. 

Huxton is offering fifty percent all styles for the entire month of April.
