Whew — a week off from blogging! That's the longest I've gone without updating the blog. Moved last week and then headed to Coachella with an unpacked apartment in shambles. A daunting task, mind you, since I suffer from OCD. Was able to enjoy myself without thinking too much about the mess I left behind. Here's a double denim look that I shot a few weeks back in collaboration with Ralph Lauren D&S x Macy's. Perfectly busted knees have been a long time favorite of mine and these are no exception. xo

Drop

Leave it to drapery master, Haider Ackermann, to perfect the ultimate track pants in a cut like no other. Slouching and gathering in all the right places. Topped off with a knotted tank and black reliables. xo

Strappy

Layered up on the top half in pieces from my design collaboration with eLUXE. Kept things monochromatic and styled the bottom half appropriately. Still pretty hardcore on the combination of black + gold. So much that I'll refrain from buying a piece that's adorned with an opposing metal. I have issues. xo

Currently in Miami capturing the essence of the swim week and embracing the extreme differences of what I'm accustomed to in New York. Less stress, more smiles, and an all-around positive vibe. But something in me is still clinging (and longing) for that craziness that comes along with NYFW. So onto what I wore last week — these quilted pants that literally induce perspiration thinking about anything leather, as I type this in ninety-five degree humidity. Layered them with all black to meet my twice a month quota. xo

Another sale gem I picked up last month — this pair of Balmain moto denim that I'm determined to own in every wash. Was reviewing the fall collection again and it's so brilliant. Plotting a rope top and caged sandals. The amount of detail this house produces is unsurpassed. Forever a sucker. xo

Twenty-Four

On the black + gold for life plan. Finally accomplished swapping out all my ear piercings for 18K gold and it wasn't easy. Terribly challenging finding 18K in 18 gauge for 9 piercings, and on top of that, cohesion. What a tongue twister. Try saying that one ten times fast. xo

Pretty much perfect hand made leather singlet right here! Of course I'm plotting my next color and leaning towards white. Highly recommend. Wore it with the freshest vintage Levi's and every black and gold accessory that I own. xo

A major sale score from Ssense — these derby shoes that have almost converted me to a full-time loafer girl. Comfortable, practical, and at sixty-five percent off? I think so. Being a big foot has its perks at times. Wearing them with all recycled basic business. 

Black + Gold

Layered in mostly black — three days and counting. Attempted to incorporate a little color if the blue and red details on my trainers count. Excited for spring but bummed that I need to take a break from my leather collection. So bummed that I wore these yesterday even though the temperature was north of seventy. Kept it cool on top with this new comfy tank from L'Agence (highly recommend).
