Gave this muted shade of purple a whirl on Sunday for an oceanside dinner. Color generally evokes discomfort in terms of clothing, but there's something about purple that I find extremely peaceful (and tasty). I mean, who doesn't love grape candy? xo

Studio 54 dreamin' over the weekend in this resort look from Balmain. If I could go back in time and experience anything, it would be the late seventies. My parents swear it was the best — I'm always living vicariously through their stories and photographs. xo

Yesterday in a two-piece set from Haider that left me awestruck when it donned his winter 2014 runway. Love the idea of going completely bare underneath but unfortunately the real life version doesn't have anything to keep it securely closed. Guess I need to install that. xo
