Of course we're on this eternal summer plan the year that I pick up not one but two floor length coats. This style from Ann is fairly lightweight so it works in the evenings like last night at dinner. Still a little toasty but layered appropriately underneath with a midriff vent and legs baring from the knees down. Hey fall — I'm ready when you are! xo

Have always had a penchant for jumpsuits and this Stacy style from DVF is no exception. Classic and effortless — who doesn't want to feel like a modern day version of Veronica Corningstone via Anchorman? Topped off with DVF's gold detailed 440 clutch for a cohesive seventies vibe. xo

Versus

Really resonated with Anthony Vaccarello's recent collaboration with Versus. So many killer runway pieces that are nowhere to be found. This belt almost fills the void for the multi-paneled maxi shirt dress that has and will continue to haunt my dreams. xo

MA Julius

Warding off all the boys today in these drop-crotch pants from MA Julius — good thing I have a boyfriend. Seriously though, they're the most comfortable pants in the game and wish I could swing them on a daily basis. Topped them off with a neoprene hoodie for a pretty comfy look from the ankle up. xo

One-upping my Haider eBay find with this current season skirt from Balmain. Thanks to the lady who purchased it full price, wore it once, and sold it off to me for seventy percent off! When eBay's good, it's gooood. xo

Military dream pants from Isabel Marant's fall 2014 show. Runway pieces that translate into the real world and that's what I admire about her designs the most. Topped off with reliables that I can't stop wearing — Gah, somebody take them away! xo

Major luck on eBay lately! This spring 2012 Haider Ackermann runway find pretty much made my last week. Two hundred dollar offer accepted on this piece that retailed for twenty times more is one stellar deal! Going to have a hard time paying full retail for anything after this one. xo

After about ten wears or so, I've yet to break in this trench. Literally move around like the Tin Man in Wizard of Oz. Not too crash hot on me considering I'm a bona fide klutz by nature. Dropped my phone and bag more times yesterday than I generally do in one year — haha, sucks! xo

Always room in the wardrobe for new basics. Gave a warm welcome to this tank style from Rick over the weekend. Wild-goose chased the heck out of trying to source in a second color — no such luck so this guy will be my main winter squeeze. Not too shabby. xo

Newfound love for Yohji Yamamoto. Appreciate the basics with an avant-garde twist. Picked up this jacket and while it might not be as daring as a majority of his pieces, it's a baby step into the world of this inspiringly brilliant designer. xo

There's something about Givenchy's door knockin' obsedia adornment that has me hooked. For months I'd been coveting a piece, whether it be on a bag or piece of jewelry. I have a penchant for chunky neck pieces, so this fall 2014 release was love at first site and a no-brainer to say the least. Styled with reliable basics making a center of attention debut. xo

Have always had a soft spot for a really good suit: effortless, polished, and easy. Needless to say, I've recently grown fond of two-piece skirt sets. Calvin Klein Collection piqued my interest a year ago when they released a few sets for Spring 2014, which were impossible to find. Drove me absolutely crazy. Discovered Misha and they carry multiple sets that are TDF and affordable. Plotting my next combo. xo
