Love it or leave it, lingerie dressing is major for spring 2016. From slip dresses to lace insets, this trend screams Kate Moss circa the early 90's where that's pretty much all she wore. Calvin Klein kept it modern and styled with skate shoes while Burberry added a backpack for a touch of 90's grunge. Most of us have some variation of a slip dress in our wardrobe and that's what I love about this trend — it's accessible. Thanks to Are You Am I, Nili Lotan, and Trois, for being ahead of the game so we can shop this trend early. xo

eBay has been way too good to me lately — won these Wang freja whipstitch boots circa 2010 that I've been going nuts over for the last year. They're a half size too small hence the french fry toe spillage in the second photo. Need to work on tucking that in. xo

One more thing about the Desert Hills outlets and then I promise to lock it up. The Helmut Lang store is current season and forty to sixty percent off. Got so excited that I bought multiples of everything. Not sure why I need two pairs of these trousers. Being impulsive sucks. Tgif. xo

Military dream pants from Isabel Marant's fall 2014 show. Runway pieces that translate into the real world and that's what I admire about her designs the most. Topped off with reliables that I can't stop wearing — Gah, somebody take them away! xo

After about ten wears or so, I've yet to break in this trench. Literally move around like the Tin Man in Wizard of Oz. Not too crash hot on me considering I'm a bona fide klutz by nature. Dropped my phone and bag more times yesterday than I generally do in one year — haha, sucks! xo

This cutaway trench from Alexander Wang is MAJOR. Innovative yet still maintaining the silhouette of a classic trench — a true gem that I was able to get my hands on thanks to Moda Operandi's trunk show last year. All about the button-downs unbuttoned up to the solar plexus this season. I generally do quite the opposite, hehe, so it's a refreshing change. xo
