I recently teamed up with Nordstrom by putting together a look from their newly revamped Savvy department. From my in store shopping experience, the prices are definitely more accessible, making Savvy a more affordable option for on trend pieces. They've also added a few of their own in house brands, Leith and Tildon, which I'm wearing above. Great news if you're a fan of mixing highs and (high quality) lows like myself!

Shirt Dress

Schlepped around to meetings in this comfy shirt dress and my beloved Saint Laurent boots today. Switched out my boots for chucks directly after the meetings. Ended the day with my favorite Mexican spot downtown, La Puerta. Meanest bean and cheese burrito on the planet, and I even have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

All Black

Not very spring appropriate, but I've been craving all black ensembles lately. I blame it on the California "May Gray" weather that we've been experiencing. I wore two black newbies yesterday, this killer stud top from Lovers + Friends (convincing myself that I need it in white now) and this pair of genetic denim that is easily becoming my new favorite. My new Saint Laurent boots have been conveniently glue to my feet since they arrived on Friday. Best boot purchase, ever!

Five Ten

My Saint Laurent dream boots arrived today! They're a great classic that'll definitely give my much loved Louboutin pigalle pumps a break every now and again. There are so many other SL styles that I'm coveting right now. They pretty much take the cake in shoes when it comes classic silhouettes this season. I wore them with all recycled pieces with the exception of this new destroyed tee from IRO.

I was browsing on Farfetch over this past weekend, and stumbled across these Saint Laurent boots that I have been lusting over for months. They had one size 40 in smooth leather for a fraction of what they are going for on competitive sites. I purchased them and this insanely awesome Iro dress that was also too good to pass up. When they arrive, I'm hoping to reproduce the look above, as I have all similar pieces minus the belt. All of my belts are pretty bland, so a red statement belt in definitely next on my list. I'm on lockdown for thirty days — hopefully my size is still available then!

Comfort

Charles Phlip definitely knows how to make a fabulous pair of shoes. They're comfortable yet still super stylish, making this designer my new favorite when it comes to flats. I schlepped around in this comfy ensemble for a little errand running on Saturday. Oh, to live in denim, button-ups, and flats — that would be a comfortable life. Maybe a little monotonous, boring, but nonetheless, always classic and comfortable. On a different note, I managed to sleep more this weekend than I have in the previous nine days combined. Now that's a lot of catching up. I love my sleep!
